This statement confirms how ‘JC’s Driving School’ (referred to in this statement as JC’s) uses and protects any information that you submit when you use JC’s services.

JC’s are committed to safeguarding and protecting your information. If JC’s asks you for any information then it will only be used according to this privacy statement.

JC’s may change this policy from time to time in line with legislation and JC’s advices that you check this page from time to time to be aware of any changes.

If you feel the any information that JC’s hold about you is inaccurate than you are able to ask me to update your information. If you want JC’s to delete your information then please do so in writing and JC’s will endeavour to do so unless JC’s need to keep it for legal or internal business purposes.
